Is the event insured?

What happens in case of a medical emergency?
Each location will have on-site medical teams. If a participant requires hospitalization, their NSO and emergency contact (parent/guardian) will be informed immediately through the Head of Contingent from each country.

Who organizes Moot?
The event is organized by the Portuguese Scout Federation (FEP), in collaboration with World Organization of Scout Movement (WOSM), with support from local government and partners.
Can parents attend or visit during the event?
No, Moot is a closed event for registered participants and staff only. Parents will not be allowed to visit the Main Camp or Path locations.
