When should I arrive at the entry point?

Who can participate in Moot?
Participants: Rovers, Rangers and young leaders aged 18 to 25 (born between July 26, 1999, and July 25, 2007). Path Leaders: Participants who take on leadership roles during the Paths.
How do I register?
Participants must register through their National Scout Organization (NSO). Each NSO will handle registration procedures, payments, and contingents.
