16th World Scout Moot 2025

Meal Pre-Orders for 23rd & 24th July at Parque Tejo – Lisbon

While the Moot Planning Team will NOT be providing meals for participants arriving at Parque Tejo on 23rd and 24th July, we’re pleased to offer a convenient meal delivery option for those days!

We’ve partnered with Pingo Doce (Jerónimo Martins Group), one of Portugal’s leading supermarket chains, to help make your arrival smoother. Your contingent can place a customized meal order, which will be delivered either directly to Parque Tejo or to the nearest Pingo Doce store, located just 300 meters away.

How It Works?

1. Choose MENU: Download & complete the Order Form. Fill in the Excel file with your contingent’s meal requests (box below).
2. Submit Your Order by 14th July: Send the completed file via email to: foodsupply@worldscoutmoot.pt
3. Receive Your Invoice: Pingo Doce will reply with your total cost based on the order.
4. Make Payment by 17th July: After receiving the invoice, complete the payment and send proof of payment directly to the supplier (reply to their email).
5. Order Confirmation: Once payment is confirmed, Pingo Doce will inform you whether delivery will be made to Parque Tejo or the Expo Norte store (depending on total demand).
6. Pick-Up & Enjoy! Ensure a member of your contingent is present at the agreed location and time to collect your order.

Important Notes

This is an optional service offered by an external provider. The Moot Planning Team is not responsible for the commercial transaction between contingents and the supplier.

Orders will not be accepted after 14th July – don’t miss the deadline!
