Get ready for an extraordinary journey! We are delighted to welcome our ISTs on Wednesday morning, July 23rd, in the beautiful city of Lisbon at the scenic Parquet Tejo. After registration and setting up your tent, the experience begins! There will be plenty of opportunities to connect with fellow ISTs and participate in a variety of engaging programs to start your adventure.On Friday, July 25th, we will travel together to the campsite near Ovar—or to designated paths for ISTs stationed there—and settle in for the next chapter of this incredible event.Starting Saturday, July 26th, ISTs at the main campsite in Ovar will join teams to help prepare the camp for the arrival of participants. In the evenings and during your free time, you’ll have the opportunity to take part in a wide range of activities, including sampling delicious cuisines, enjoying sports, exploring cultural experiences, hiking, and more! Some activities may require registration or an additional fee, and detailed information will be provided at the event. To celebrate the efforts of all ISTs, there will be a special grand IST party on the evening before participants begin arriving.On Wednesday, July 30th, participants will start arriving from the paths to the main campsite near Ovar. ISTs assigned to the paths will also return at this time. Those already at the campsite will continue serving in their assigned roles, while returning ISTs will join the program and contribute to the shared experience.The event will culminate with an International Night on Saturday, August 2nd—a vibrant evening open to everyone at the Moot. This will be followed by a spectacular Closing Ceremony in Porto at the Super Bock Arena on Sunday, August 3rd.We look forward to welcoming you to this remarkable experience, filled with opportunities to connect, contribute, and create memories that will stay with you for a lifetime!
