The Portuguese Scout Federation (FEP) is the entity that officially represents Portuguese Scouting within the World Organization of the Scout Movement (WOSM). The FEP is the result of the union of two national associations: the Association of Scouts of Portugal (AEP), which is secular in nature, and the National Corps of Scouts – Portuguese Catholic Scouting (CNE), which is Catholic in inspiration.

 

The FEP does not engage in direct scouting activities with young people, functioning mainly as a platform for representation and coordination between the two founding associations.

Based in Lisbon, the Portuguese Scout Federation ensures the active presence of Portuguese scouting on the international scene, promoting the values and principles of the scouting movement among similar organizations and global institutions.
