During the Event: Act as the direct point of contact for contingent leaders, offering continuous support and resolving issues as they arise. Manage crises and unforeseen situations related to contingent management, ensuring a positive experience for all participants. Assist in organizing contingent-specific events, such as receptions and other activities. Facilitate integration and interaction between different contingents, promoting an inclusive and collaborative environment. Post-Event: Collect feedback from contingents to improve future editions of the Moot.
