We want to ensure that everyone feels welcomed, valued, and safe. Moot champions accessibility, meaningful programmes, clear communication, and strong support for all participants, including our International Service Team (ISTs). We are dedicated to promoting diverse representation and gender parity. 

Here you will find everything we are doing to ensure not only a fantastic, unforgettable Moot, but also a safe and inclusive space where you can shine and thrive!

• Main Camp areas will have accessibility for all users to navigate comfortably (accessible restrooms and showers). We’ve also designated accessible camping areas closer to essential facilities for participants with mobility needs.
• Building a safe and welcoming space also means creating quiet zones: special areas for those who might feel overwhelmed by noise and activity, offering a place to relax and recharge.
• Activities  were adapted to be inclusive of various abilities. We encourage participation from all backgrounds, celebrating different cultures, genders, and ages.
• Curious about sustainability? There will be educational opportunities for all participants and ISTs to learn about sustainability, including specific training on sustainability for ISTs. We aim to empower everyone to take responsibility for implementing and respecting sustainability measures, and to understand clearly how to contribute.
• In terms of communication, we are investing in durable and weather-resistant signals that will be adapted to the identified necessities.
• The Safe From Harm training course is mandatory and will include information about the host country’s culture and legal obligations. 
• Listening ears will be available – lending a compassionate ear to those in need.
