Press & Media
Media Accreditation
We are pleased to welcome media organisations and journalists to the World Scout Moot!
Our Press Support Team is responsible for accrediting and authorising media professionals, and for responding to any questions that support the production of news, documentaries, and reports.
Please note:
* Press must be accredited to enter the campsite, without exception.
* Press are encouraged to register for accreditation in advance online here (https://forms.gle/4oRJT6UgDDy41Wy4A ). They can also register onsite at the Moot Press Centre, located near the main entrance of the main campsite.
* Pre-registration is also encouraged for press who wish to attend the ceremonies. More details about the ceremonies will be published in advance.
* Press must be part of an official press tour or accompanied by an International Service Team member at all times while on the campsite.
Accreditation process:
Accredited media professionals will be given an identification card issued by the Moot, which allows entry to the camp. It also grants access to the ceremony area and other designated spaces. Accreditation is personal and non-transferable.
After accreditation is confirmed, an email will be sent to register for the ceremonies. Press can specify their preferred days and times to participate in and/or visit this activity in advance. Please note that we kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours to process this information before access can be granted.
Important notice:
To attend the ceremonies, press must arrive at the Press Centre at least 1 hour before the event starts. Entry will not be permitted after the event has started.
